New ID by Akril15 New ID by Akril15
Since I realised too late that DevART doesn't allow Flash IDs, I made another. The four animals (unicorn, domestic cat, cheetah, egret) have all played a major role in my life, roughly in the order that they appear. The picture in the BG is of Mirror Lake and Mount McKinley (a.k.a. Denali), tallest mountain in N. America, taken on my '97 trip to Alaska. The transparent waterfall was from the same trip.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that the three Latin phrases at the bottom mean "Seize the day", "Make my day" and (I think) "Don't panic" respectively. The four ones beside my name are actually the number 15 in binary.

I'm going to include my personal info in the description for this ID. It's less crowded and much easier to edit than it would be if it was in the image.

X minus 1? Suspense? Oh my gosh, they play that on I-Tunes Mystery Play Radio! :D Fun stuff, old-timey radio is.

Loom? King's Quest? Slash-hater? Dang, you have good taste.

Oh yeah, the picture; it's pretty and very unique.

Hey, I'm glad to hear that those old shows are still being broadcast! As hokey as some of those old sci-fi shows can be, there are still some real gems. One of my favorites is an adaptation of "The Defenders", by Phillip K. Dick. It starts out with a cliched post-apocalyptic, subterranean world, but it takes a very unexpected turn.

And regarding slash, it's not that I hate it, I just don't understand it. Of course, I've never been in a relationship with either gender, which might account for some of my confusion.

Did you ever hear the show (it's part of Dark Fantasy, I think) about the woman who ends up in the sewers of Paris with a maniac? As melodramatic as it was, it creeped the heck out of me. "Sooooooooo maaaaaany booooooones..." :fear:
